Children are for sure the best marketing tool, they’re cute, they’re funny, and they sell. The big companies haven’t missed the memo either, providing us with the funny-kid goods. Here’s some of our favourites.

This one follows the conversation of two children discussing their home DIY plans for the weekend. It’s hard to say what’s so funny and purely adorable about kids talking like blokey men but it just works.
UBank

UBank depicted the struggle that is waiting for approval throughout the home loan application process. To promote their new Home Loan Application Tracker they highlight how frustrating calling a bank can be. The girl in the ad turns a dinner party awkward when she impersonates her mother. Shaking her teddy, she yells, “you are the fifth BEEP person I’ve spoken to.”
Old El Paso

The iconic Old El Paso ad follows the dramatic story of a Mexican family who regularly struggled to make a decision for dinner. They knew they definitely wanted tacos but they could never decide between the crunchy and soft options… Until the sweetest little genius worked it out for them, suggesting, “porque no los dos” or “why don’t we have both?”.

Stop! Potty time. Similar to the Mitre 10 ad, there’s just something super heartwarming about little kids rapping about their nappies. Chains and all.

Everyone has to remember this gem of an ad. Despite the song being painfully catchy, it’s a great ad with some skilled kids.
